Welcome to the VPN product provided by [UC Network Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "UCVPN"). These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and UCVPN. Please read the following content carefully before registering as a customer of UCVPN (especially the content marked in bold and underlined). Minors should read this under the guidance of a legal guardian. By using UCVPN, you voluntarily accept all the contents of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, please do not install, use, register, or otherwise engage with our products. The latest revision date of these terms is November 15, 2025.

1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms of Service
The content of these Terms of Service includes the text of the terms and all kinds of rules that UCVPN has released or may release in the future. All rules are an integral part of these terms and have the same legal effect as the text of the terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, your use of UCVPN will be governed by these Terms of Service.

2. Modification of Terms of Service
UCVPN reserves the right to modify these terms when necessary by reasonable means such as posting announcements on its website or within its mobile clients. You should promptly review and understand the modified content when using UCVPN and consciously comply with the relevant content of these Terms of Service. If you continue to use UCVPN or the services involved in these Terms of Service, it will be deemed as acceptance of the modified content, and in the event of a dispute, the latest Terms of Service shall prevail; if you do not agree with the modified content, you have the right to stop using the products or services involved in these Terms of Service.

3. Introduction to UCVPN
UCVPN referred to in these Terms of Service is a service owned and operated by UC Network Technology Co., Ltd. that provides you with network connection and privacy protection services (VPN), supporting iOS/Android/Windows/macOS. For specific service descriptions provided by this product, please refer to the service introduction published at [https://ucvpn.jp].

4. UCVPN Account Registration Rules and Management
4.1 UCVPN account registration information includes but is not limited to your account name, avatar, password, and all information entered when registering or updating a UCVPN account.
4.2 When registering a UCVPN account, you promise to comply with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, public order, social morality, and information authenticity, and not to include illegal or harmful information in UCVPN account registration information. You guarantee that when registering and using the account, you will not engage in the following:
(1) Violating the provisions of the Constitution or laws and regulations;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests, or public interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
If your registration, login, use of account avatar, personal profile, or other account information contains illegal or harmful information or includes incorrect or untrue information, UCVPN has the right to take measures such as notifying you to make corrections within a time limit, suspending use, or canceling user qualifications. For impersonating affiliated institutions or social celebrities to log in, use, or fill in account names, avatars, or personal profiles, UCVPN has the right to cancel the use of that account and report to the competent government department.

4.3 You are responsible for the UCVPN account you register. You guarantee that only you can use your UCVPN account, and the account is non-transferable, non-giftable, and non-inheritable.

4.4 You are fully responsible for all operations and statements made with your registered UCVPN account and password, and you agree to properly keep your account and password. You will bear the loss caused by password leakage. If you find that someone else is using or stealing your account and password or any other unauthorized situation, you should immediately notify UCVPN in an effective manner and request UCVPN to suspend related services. At the same time, you understand that UCVPN needs a reasonable period to take action on your request, and UCVPN is not responsible for any loss caused by instructions executed before UCVPN takes measures.

5. Changes and Suspension of UCVPN
UCVPN is constantly changing and improving its services. UCVPN may add or remove some features or services, or suspend or completely stop this product. You agree that UCVPN has the right to exercise the above rights without any liability to you or any third party.

6. Privacy Policy
You acknowledge and agree that, to provide you with better product features and services, UCVPN will collect your personal information when you voluntarily choose services or provide information and integrate this information. When you use UCVPN services, the server will automatically record some information, including but not limited to URL, IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, etc. To facilitate your login or use of UCVPN services, UCVPN will use Cookies and other technologies when necessary and send the collected information to the corresponding server. You can choose to accept or reject Cookies. If you choose to reject Cookies, you may not be able to log in or use services or features that rely on Cookies. The information collected by UCVPN will become part of UCVPN's regular business records and may be transferred to UCVPN's successor company or designated party due to transfer, merger, acquisition, reorganization, etc. UCVPN agrees to use the collected information in good faith and take various measures to ensure information security.

Respecting user privacy is a basic policy of UCVPN. Therefore, UCVPN will not publicly disclose or reveal your registration information and non-public content stored in UCVPN services, unless UCVPN believes in good faith that disclosing such information is necessary in the following situations:
(1) With your prior explicit authorization; or
(2) Complying with relevant legal provisions, including providing your registration information, the content you publish on UC's webpage, and its publication time, internet address, or domain name when inquired by national authorities; or
(3) Maintaining and safeguarding UCVPN's intellectual property and other important rights; or
(4) Striving to maintain your personal and public privacy and safety in emergencies; or
(5) According to the relevant provisions of these terms or other situations deemed necessary by UCVPN.
UCVPN may cooperate with third parties to provide you with related services of UCVPN. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as UCVPN to protect user privacy, UCVPN may provide your information to the third party. 7. Force Majeure Clause
UCVPN is not liable for losses caused by force majeure. Force majeure referred to in these Terms of Service includes: natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations or government orders, reasons specific to the nature of network services, such as failures of domestic and foreign basic telecom operators, defects in computer or internet-related technologies, limitations of internet coverage, computer viruses, hacker attacks, and other objective situations that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable within the legal scope.

8. Usage Rules
(1) When you use UCVPN and the services it provides, UCVPN has the right to charge you service fees according to the corresponding service fee introduction, order, or related agreement. UCVPN has the right to formulate and adjust service fee standards, and the specific service fee standards are subject to the fee standards published on the UCVPN website or its client when you use UCVPN; or the agreement on fee standards in the agreement signed between you and UCVPN, or between you and a third party entrusted by UCVPN.
(2) You have the right to choose the service content provided by UCVPN and obtain the technical support provided by UCVPN.
(3) You guarantee not to use technology or other means to implement unauthorized actions, including but not limited to using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, establishing mirror sites, or unauthorized development of derivative products, works, services, plugins, add-ons, compatibility, interconnection related to UCVPN;
(4) You guarantee not to modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of UCVPN;
(5) You guarantee not to abuse UCVPN and the services it provides, including but not limited to using UCVPN or its services to infringe on UCVPN's or others' intellectual property rights or legitimate interests. UCVPN reserves the right to terminate the service to you if you infringe on the legitimate rights of this product.
(6) You guarantee that when using UCVPN or the services provided by UCVPN or publishing content through UCVPN, you will comply with national and local laws and regulations, industry practices, and social public morals, and will not use the services provided by UCVPN to store, publish, or disseminate the following information and content:
(a) Any content (information) that violates national laws and regulations;
(b) Political propaganda or news information that violates national regulations;
(c) Information involving state secrets or security;
(d) Information on feudal superstitions or obscene, pornographic, vulgar content or incitement to crime;
(e) Gambling with prizes or gambling games;
(f) Information that violates national ethnic and religious policies;
(g) Information that hinders the safe operation of the internet;
(h) Information that infringes upon the legal rights of others;  
(i) Other information or content detrimental to social order, public security, or public morality.  
You must comply with all other regulations and procedures of UCVPN. You shall bear legal responsibility for your actions during the use of UCVPN or its provided services. Forms of legal responsibility you may bear include, but are not limited to: compensating the infringed party and compensating UCVPN in an equivalent amount if UCVPN first bears administrative penalties or liability for damages due to your actions. If you violate the above provisions, UCVPN has the right to independently judge and immediately suspend or terminate the provision of part or all services to you, including measures such as freezing or canceling your account usage rights.  
(7) UCVPN reserves the right to filter keywords in communications information based on relevant national laws and regulations for information published by developers using instant messaging channels. If it is found that the content you send clearly violates relevant national laws and regulations, UCVPN has the right to take actions including but not limited to dissuasion, interception, and reporting to relevant public security departments.  
(8) UCVPN or a third party entrusted by UCVPN has the right to review the application products you provide, including but not limited to content review, functionality testing, and security testing. If it is found that your application product does not comply with national laws and regulations, policy provisions, or may infringe upon the legal rights of others or contain advertising information of other third parties, or other situations deemed non-compliant, UCVPN has the right not to provide services; for services already provided, UCVPN has the right to immediately cease providing services and retain relevant records to report to relevant competent authorities. However, this agreement does not constitute a legality guarantee by UC Company for the application products you provide. You should independently guarantee the application products and bear all responsibilities arising therefrom.  
9. Notifications  
All notifications sent to you can be transmitted via email, regular mail, or announcements in prominent positions on UCVPN. UCVPN will deliver messages to you through one of the aforementioned methods to inform you of modifications to the terms of service, changes in products or services, or other important matters.  
To ensure that users are informed promptly and comprehensively about the various services provided by UC Company, users agree that UC Company can send various commercial messages to users multiple times and over a long period without obtaining additional consent from users.  
10. Content and Trademark Ownership  
The content provided by UCVPN or its services, except for content or technology authorized by third parties, belongs to UC Company and is protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, corresponding international treaties, and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Therefore, you can only use this content under the authorization of UCVPN. Without UCVPN's written consent, you cannot copy, reproduce, create derivative products related to the content, or authorize third parties to implement, utilize, and transfer the aforementioned intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.  
We have the right to place various advertisements and promotional information in the service or through the service in UCVPN. Meanwhile, the product and service names mentioned in this text, such as UCVPN and UC, may be trademarks of UCVPN or its affiliates. Without UCVPN's prior written consent, you may not display, use, or otherwise handle them in any way, nor may you indicate to others that users have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle them.  
11. Information Storage and Related Intellectual Property  
UCVPN will make every effort to maintain the security and convenience of all services it provides, but it assumes no responsibility for the deletion or storage failure of information (including but not limited to information you publish) that appears in the service. Additionally, UCVPN has the right to determine whether your actions comply with the requirements of these terms of service. If you violate the provisions of these terms of service, UCVPN has the right to suspend or terminate your use of UCVPN and its provided services.  
UCVPN is developed by UC Company. The patents, copyrights, designs, and other intellectual property rights of UCVPN, as well as all information content related to UCVPN, including but not limited to text, images, files, information, materials, website architecture, and page design, are legally owned by UC Company.  
UCVPN respects intellectual property rights and emphasizes protecting the rights you enjoy. In the services contained in UCVPN, you may need to provide content to UCVPN in various ways, such as by posting comments. In this case, you still retain the complete intellectual property rights to such content. When providing content, you grant UC Company a global, free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, sublicense, translate, create derivative works, publish, perform, and display such content.  
12. Refund Agreement  
12.1. Scope of Application  
VIP subscriptions purchased directly on the UCVPN official website/app. If purchased through a third-party app store/agent, please apply for a refund according to their platform rules.  
Note: Once the refund is completed, the VIP rights of the account will be immediately terminated and reverted to the free version, and related gifted days/invitation rewards/commissions will be simultaneously offset.  
12.2. Refund Conditions  
(1) Accidental renewal/duplicate charges: Submit an application within 48 hours after the charge and verify it as true for a refund.  
(2) Persistent technical faults: If connection abnormalities are caused by reasons other than user devices/networks, and you have submitted a ticket and cooperated with troubleshooting for ≥72 hours without resolution, a refund can be issued based on the unused remaining duration on a daily proportion.  
(3) Annual/multi-month plans: When refund conditions are met, the balance will be refunded after deducting the actual usage days (long-term discount differences and payment channel fees are non-refundable).  
(4) Not violating the following "Violation Conditions."  

12.3. Violation Conditions  
(1) Use in violation of laws or service terms: including but not limited to attacks, fraud, infringement, pornography, gambling, drugs, money laundering, BT infringement distribution, traffic brushing, crawler abuse, etc.  
(2) Account violations/abuse: sharing and reselling accounts, abnormal concurrency, bypassing rate limits, bulk device logins, etc.  
(3) High usage/malicious traffic exceeding fair use and not rectified after warning.  
(4) Clearly informed restrictions: such as accessibility restrictions due to regional/platform policies, we do not promise access to restricted content.  
(5) Issues caused by third-party channel purchases or user devices, networks, or system environments.  
(6) Large promotions/trial prices marked as "non-refundable" activity orders.  
(7) Orders hitting cryptocurrency money laundering/fraud risk or initiating chargebacks/chargeback threats.  

12.4. Refund Process  
Submit an application via email to [email protected] within the specified time, attaching:  

Order number/payment proof, registered email/account ID, reason for application, and necessary logs (to facilitate troubleshooting determination).  
Customer service will reply and verify within 2 working days (cooperate with basic troubleshooting if necessary).  
After passing the review, the refund will be returned via the original method:  
1) Bank card/credit card/PayPal/Alipay/WeChat: Expected to be credited within 7–15 working days (subject to the channel).  
2) USDT and other cryptocurrencies: Only returned to the original payment address, with network miner fees borne by the user; the amount is based on the equivalent value at the time of payment gateway entry.  
3) After the refund is completed, VIP rights are terminated; related gifts/commissions are recovered; if commissions generated from referral relationships have been settled, we have the right to offset them in subsequent orders.  
13. Disclaimer  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCVPN provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without explicit or implied warranties of availability, stability, speed, or suitability for specific purposes. UCVPN is not a tool for circumventing censorship or engaging in any illegal activities, and we do not promise access to any restricted content; users should ensure that their usage complies with local laws and platform rules and are responsible for the security of their accounts, devices, and data. We assume no direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential liability for service interruptions, data loss, content access restrictions, or loss of profits or goodwill caused by (including but not limited to) network or operator failures, third-party nodes/software/hardware, system maintenance, force majeure, policy or compliance requirements, or user reasons. The service may contain third-party resources or links, and their content and behavior are the responsibility of the third party; we do not guarantee or assume responsibility for their accuracy and availability. Using this service indicates that you accept and agree to bear all risks and consequences.  
14. Legal  
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, excluding its conflict of law rules. For any disputes arising from or related to these terms or this service, you and UCVPN agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.  
15. Miscellaneous  
Unless otherwise proven, the data stored on UCVPN's servers is the only valid evidence of your use of UCVPN or its provided services.  
These terms are effective from the date of publication and constitute a consensus between you and UCVPN. UCVPN's failure to exercise, timely exercise, or fully exercise the rights under these terms or as stipulated by law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect UCVPN's future exercise of such rights. If the terms are modified and updated, they will automatically take effect 7 days after publication.
